Evening Programs

Be sure to take in one of the evening programs on your next visit to Rocky Mountain National Park? The campground and visitor center ranger led talks are a great way to learn more about the park, its formation, wildlife, flora and fauna. These are great family friendly evening activities for any park visitor.

West Side Evening Program

1 hour presentation, May 12 - June 9

Enjoy an evening program in the auditorium at the Kawuneeche Visitor Center. For a description of topics, inquire at the campground or visitor center front desk.

  • At visitor centers and campgrounds around RMNP

Overview: From the Timber Creek Campground Talk to the Saturday night in the Park Program there is something for every visitor each evening in Rocky Mountain National Park. Check out a park newsletter for times and details on this evenings talk.

When: Throughout the summer and fall season. Typically June to September. 

Where: Various locations in the park. Timber Creek Campground, Kawuneeche Visitor Center, Moraine Park Visitor Center, Beaver Meadows Visitor Center Moraine and Glacier Basin Campgrounds among others.

Fees: These evening activities are free for any park visitor.
