Grand Lake Snowshoe Festival
Grand Lake, an historic village at the western gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park is hosting a four day snowshoe festival to help benefit the National MS Society, Colorado Chapter. It's fun and festivities for a good cause that the whole family can enjoy. So come and join in for some real magic in the mountains!
Nestled near the Never Summer Mountain Range and Colorado's largest natural lake, Grand Lake is only two hours from Denver. With its annual snowshoe festival, it's easy to come to Grand Lake and partake in fun and exercise for a very good cause.
This four-day event will include:
- Food
- Music
- Competition
- Fun
- Adult and children's activities
In addition to the 5K and 10K snowshoe races, there will be:
- Geocaching events
- A GPS seminar
- Snowshoe workshops led by renowned snowshoer, Tom Sobal
- An Antique Snowshoe Tour
- So this year, come to Grand Lake for a long weekend of fun for you and your family.
