The annual Rooftop Rodeo Parade is a tradition that happens every July in downtown Estes Park. Bands, groups on horseback, floats, unique cars, rodeo royalty, and more make this an event you just can't miss. Estes Park takes on a wonderful western flavor
The annual Rooftop Rodeo Parade is a tradition that happens every July in downtown Estes Park. Bands, groups on horseback, floats, unique cars, rodeo royalty, and more make this an event you just can't miss. Estes Park takes on a wonderful western flavor when this rodeo is on. The visitor favorite is the colorful parade that travels along Elkhorn Avenue toward the fairgrounds.
So if you plan on visiting the area, grab your cowboy hat and polish up those boots and spurs. The Rooftop Rodeo has in the past shown six exciting PRCA rodeo performances. They include saddle bronco riding, steer wrestling, tie down roping, bareback bronco riding, barrel racing, and bull riding.
These are just some of the few PRCA sanctioned events that are sure to entertain and amaze audiences each evening of the rodeo. Another crowd favorite, don't forget to watch the tricks of the event's own rodeo clown.
