Overview: July 4th is an event that draws a crowd to Grand Lake, Colorado and for good reason. The annual Grand Lake Fireworks Extravaganza is a daylong celebration. Independence Day is a time for old-fashioned festivities throughout the county, including pancake breakfasts, small-town rodeo action, fishing derbies, fireman's barbecue, Grand County-Granby's Fourth of July Parade and, of course, fireworks.
